Danat Qatar achieves certification for ISO 9001

Danat Qatar have been awarded an ISO 9001:2008 Certification for a Quality Management System from the British Standards Institution (BSI). BSI Business Development Manager, Mr. Jamal Dalli, was present with his team to handover the award to Danat Qatar’s Chairman Mr. Ali Hussein Alfardan. Also in attendance to receive the certificate was his daughter Ms. Zuhoor Ali Alfardan; General Manager Eng. Esmat Shalaby; Deputy General Manager- Finance and Administration Manager Mr. Abdel Hafez Zeidan; Director of Operations Mr. Wael Kabrit; and HR & Quality Manager Ms. Dina Shalaby.

Mr. Ali Hussein Alfardan, Owner and Chairman of Danat Qatar stated that 'achieving the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate in Quality Management System shows how serious the company is when it comes to the quality of product and services provided to our clients; furthermore it shows that our company is committed to apply constant improvements throughout our luxurious residential projects portfolio so that we are one of the most recognized real estate companies in the country'.

‘International quality standards for us is a practice that we experience and implement on our day-to-day operations and this certification is just the beginning of a chain of achievements scheduled on the company’s strategic plan’.

He added, “It’s the vision of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani that is supporting and motivating the real estate sector in Qatar and backing it up against all kind of challenges” and he assured that Danat Qatar’s future real estate investments will strongly be presented in the market.

Mr. Alfardan further went on to say that 'even though the recent economic crisis had global effects, our national economy is rapidly growing and such an indication proves once again that Qatar’s economy is built on a strong foundation that gives investors the advantage to move forward and move big. We highly appreciate all the efforts of His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Thani in supporting the private sector and encouraging the diversification of income sources in line with Qatar vision 2030.'
